The room is fancy with a comfortable bed and marvellous views. The location is comfy, truly enjoyed to be walking distance to some leisure places, we've visited restaurants and bars.

Modern place with responsive and extremely helpful staff at the dining room and room services, loved it. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very very good and in the lobby there was a quiet atmosphere. Also, location was comfy, relatively near Teatro la Comedia.

The location offered was favourable and absolutely perfect near to the shopping and business districts of Bogota, in the upscale northern part of town, and bars and restaurants. Chico district was worth staying in. The service was impeccable during all my excellent stay.

The breakfast in the lobby is fresh made and very very good. The rooms are well-equipped with marvellous views of street. The location is comfy, 1 mile from a commercial and recreational park. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Got well-equipped room with good bed when arrived, truly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was very close to parque 93 and chapinero, Santa Marta, and all the restaurants centers and shopping centers...

Clean hotel, great breakfast, a nice size rooms. Comfortable beds and a private safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge. Lovely bedroom, real good experience and late check-out. Responsive, extremely helpful stuff towards all guests. Perfect, comfy location in Bogota, close enough to Bogota for over 2 months and the other fashionsites of the city. Also, on transport from me.

The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a spacious room equipped with a table, desk, and chair. The staff were always attentive and helpful, with one gentleman at the front desk speaking English. The location was fantastic, as it was just a 1-minute walk from the Ministry of Foreign Relations/Visa office. The neighborhood felt safe, allowing for enjoyable walks and with a grocery store within a 10-minute walk.

Clean hotel, fresh made breakfast, the location is perfect really close to a Pharmacy / Drug Store, both Parque 93, and Zona Rosa and all the restaurants centers and shopping centers. The rooms are well-equipped and soundproof, with a private safe, multi-channel television and a fridge. The view of the park is fantastic. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. Offers excellent service and good food. As I see, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked really quickly.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant served good quality food and breakfast was varied and served at reasonable times to cater for early and late risers. Security was excellent and staff were always concerned for our safety, giving advice and arranging taxis.

I was disappointed that the hotel had a party booked for our last night but did not advise us. Our room was above the venue and the noise was unacceptable until 2am despite our calls to reception. They seemed unconcerned with paying guests and more concerned about the people buying drinks at the party. I feel we should've been notified and moved to a quieter room in advance as they clearly were not fully booked.

When I came toi the hotel, I was told, that they have problems and would send me to another, same carateristics. It was all but this and I was very dissapointed. Never again!!! They could have informed me about that before.

Perfect location near Parque 93 with great restaurants nearby. Staff tries to resolve any issues. Delicious and diverse breakfast options. Safe taxi service available. Spacious and clean rooms at a reasonable price.

The hotel is really well located, the room was big, clean and functional. The room service and the breakfast were good as well and the price is fair. Great for going on vacations or business. Not so much of enterteinement, but that you can find on Bogota itself.

The place was clean, I booked the twin room with views of street, everything was excellent. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried hot dishes.

The staff members were professional and very amiable. The position was absolutely perfect and convenient, restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel. The venue was placed within 12 miles of the airport.
